File Delivery:

• Files are automatically sent to the email address used at checkout once the Paypal payment has cleared. Please allow at least 4 hours for delivery and make sure to double-check your junk folders! Also, if you’ve signed up with our shop, you can access all your downloads in your profile.

Downloading:

• Downloads work best on laptop or desktop computers (not smartphones or tablets) when you have at least 75 Mbps internet speed. You will have access to download the file 5 times only, so click once and wait, be patient, every click counts towards your downloads.
• Cricut Design Space currently doesn’t allow uploading of custom SVG cut files from their app, so you’ll need to upload and design from your laptop or desktop computer, using the full Design Space program.
